The old Kapok Tree at the Singapore Botanical Gardens provides lots of opportunities for creative photographic work. A visit to the Gardens after a long period of absence presented the above scene. The early morning sun provided strong and dramatic backlighting to the scene. I love especially the touch of rim light on the edge of the great old tree.
