Perfect Parking?

My visit to East Coast, USA, gave me a life time experience of the nasty blizzard 2016. This image captured in Philadelphia, USA showed one of the disasters after the nasty blizzard left the East Coast. Perhaps, this is one of the best ways to park your vehicle without committing an offence.
