It’s been a while since my last trip overseas via air travel! Although strictly more of a work and family trip, I managed to squeeze in a little photography on the side. Here’s a candid moment from the well-known Hoiser Lane, home to street art in the city of Melbourne, Australia.
Another picture from my visit to Tulipmania at Gardens by the Bay over the weekend… I love the vibrant colours and the way the light happened to illuminate the insides of the foreground tulip, giving it a shimmering glow.
Tulipmania is back at Gardens by the Bay! Isolating details in a sea of colourful blooms is never easy. For this photo, I concentrated on getting the details of the stamen and anthers contrasting against the warm hues of the tulip petals. Love the brilliant colours I managed to capture.
