These were <a href=\"https:\/\/www.apecampaign.org\/2011\/08\/15\/\u00e2\u20ac\u02dcwow-gorillas\u00e2\u20ac\u2122-to-be-auctioned-for-bristol-zoo\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s-gorilla-conservation-projects\">auctioned off<\/a> at the end of the campaign for charity. Signs were placed around the sculptures asking the public not to climb onto them.
