This year, Mr Goh Peng Seng, a former Singapore Cultural Medallion winner, is the Photographer of the Year. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ngeeann.com.sg\/webtop\/nape2\/menu.phtml\">NAPE 2006<\/a> is currently being held at the Ngee Ann Cultural Centre till 9 April 2006.
