I first noticed these cylinders by the Pan-Island Expressway more than a month ago and have been hoping to catch some pictures of them. I finally found the time to visit the site with Dad yesterday morning. Thankfully enough, the site is open to easy access and not boarded up like most construction sites are \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n<p>On a different note, my dad has posted some new pictures taken with the Leica Digital Module-R from his recent trip to Shanghai.
