When the KPE project is complete, this area will see the opening of Singapore&#8217;s first &#8220;spaghetti junction&#8221;, so-called because of the network of intertwining roads and fly-overs. I was wishing for a little bit of rain on the road to add some reflections and atmosphere when I took this last evening.
