It had been many years since I last visited with my camera.<\/p>\n<p>The Gardens were actually where I first started taking photography more seriously. Around 2002 or 2003, shortly after I started working and earning my own salary, I bought my first serious digital camera, a Canon PowerShot G3 with a then-impressive 4-megapixel sensor. The Gardens became one of my favourite places to experiment with photography.<\/p>\n<p>Dad wasn&#8217;t particularly impressed with my newfound interest initially. But as I became more serious, he began to recognise my potential.
