Fire Dance
Kecak dance is one of well-known Bali Dances. Fire dance is actually the finale of Kecak Dance. In few days time, I will be in Bali again. Hopefully, I will come home with more new images of Bali. In the mean time, share with you this image that I captured during my visit in 2007.
Hi Mr.Tan, another inspiring image. I notice that at the corners of your images, there are seemingly little things (like the shadows of people in the foreground of this image) but they add up to the overall impact of the main subject and makes the image that much more powerful. I also find the technical details (iso,f-stop,etc) a great learning tool. Thks!

Many thanks for your comment. To me, for such effect you have to use slower shutter speed. In this case, I used 1/12 sec.and captured the kicking action of the dancer at the spontaneous moment. Regards,
