Out of focus lighting could be very attractive when you make full use of bokeh effect. This technique is very effective when the surrounding environment is still dark.
On 26 June 2021 at Lower Seletar Reservoir before the sky brighten up, I decided to utilise the effect to the full extent. I am quite like the final result shown here. The end appearance of the image is a vibrant colour of light.
On 07 09 2021, the reflection of catchment area at the Lower Seletar Reservoir caught my attention in capturing an image with vibrant colour and pattern. To me, such a resulting image has an aesthetic value with greater visual impact. I just simply love the colour and pattern of the final image. To me, you just need to have a good perception of colour, pattern, texture and composition in capturing the image.
On 17 08 2019, I was at the Gardens By The Bay to capture the firework. I remember a slow shutter speed was set on my camera. With a slight movement of the camera, the final image that I captured turned up to become a painting of light. My concept was to alter reality into am illusion of colour. To me, creativity has no border. It is up to you to realize your conception into an image with greater visual impact.
