In contrast to my previous posting, I like this colourful image of Sumba. Though is a setting created during our shooting session. I particularly prefer the decisive moment of the dog dashing into the picture. Obviously, the dog would not like to be left out when all the women were moving along the path. This is the moment that make the setting even more natural. What do you think?
Our main aim of visiting Tambolaka, Sumba, Indonesia, was to capture the Pasolar. Due to the cancellation of our flight from Denpasar, we missed the event. Nevertheless, we had a good time of capturing the heritage of Sumba instead. The primitive life style will definitely diminish with the further development of the place. Perhaps with the black and white creative antique greyscales setting is more suitable for this image. Would show you another colourful image at another posting. Muara Kuin Floating Market is another floating market in Banjarmasin that is always invaded by tourist. I personally prefer the Lok Baintan mainly due to a vantage angle is available for photography. Nevertheless, Muara Kuin Floating Market is a good location for candid photography.
