Another colourful image that I captured at the Tenganan Village, Bali, during my recent visit. Life in the village can be very simple and easy as seen here. I think this kind of quality of life is what a city dweller will never enjoy. I like the cockerel that came into the picture at the split of a second. Such a moment is hard to come by.
We went back to Tenganan, Bali, again during our recent visit. I was fortunate to see a group of young dancers well-dressed for the occasion of the day. I was told by one of the artists that another one month long event is scheduled in June this year. Do check up the latest calendar of Tenganan event.
To me, travel to Bali without having a festival is still very photogenic. As mentioned by Eng Loy in his “An SMS For Your Thoughts”, Bali was abundant of candid (and colourful) shots to catch!
Before I share with you with more images from my recent Bali trip, I hope you would like this image that I caught at the Jimbaran Fish Market , Bali, last October. I think this little girl was quite bored to be at the stall. While other children of her age might be enjoying their session at the preschool education centre, she has no choice but just has to be at the stall with the family. Obviously, not every child in this world is fortunate to have a happy childhood.
