Mr. Lee Kwan Yew Visiting Pasir Panjang Constituency

In commemorating Mr Lee Kwan Yew’s 100th birth anniversarv, I share with you an image captured by me in the early sixties while Mr. Lee was visiting the Pasir Panjang constituency. He was warmly welcomed and greeted by the students of Pasir Panjang Primary School in the kampong opposite where I was staying. Unfortunately I do not have the exact date of the visit. Illusion of Garden Rhapsody

The vibrant display of Garden Rhapsody at the Supertrees, Gardens by the Bay on 11 06 2023, gave me the concept of capturing an image which is an alteration of reality. With slow shutter speed setting and movement of the camera, allowed me to create a striking result of light. It is an abstract image that is inclined to contemporary style.
