I love Buttermere Lake, Cumbria, UK simply due to the changing mood of the lake at different time. Since 1996, I have been to this lake at least not less than five times. For every visit, I am able to have new inspiration of this amazing place. “An Outing in Paradise” in my earlier posting is one of the best images that I ever captured at this lake.
Hundreds if not thousands of tourist packed the Buckingham Palace area to watch the Changing of the Guard recently. I think the event is still one of top attractions in London! For me, I queued for two hours before the colourful ceremony. If candid photography is your cup of tea, I think is worth waiting when the weather condition is superb.
Recently, I went back to Windermere UK. At the end of the day of my visit, I came across this magnificent display. The low lighting condition gave a warmer touch on the lovely feathers of the swan. I love the gracefulness of the swan. It is a common sight at the Windermere, UK, but I think is difficult to capture.
