My main aim of visiting Expo 2020 is to capture images of my choice. As seen here, such a scene will disappear within a split of seconds. I am pleased that I have captured the image by fully utilized the impact of light and shadow. The golden touch of setting sun undoubtedly added sparkle to the whole image.
Being a member of the Jury of Garuda Indonesia International Photo Competition 2010, I had an opportunity of visiting Sunda Kelapa, Jakarta again. I didn’t even realize my last visit to this location was three years ago. I discovered that the authority has resurfaced the drive way. To find a pool of water in my previous posting is not available any more. Nevertheless, I has encountered with new vantage points. This is one of my favorite images in my latest collection.
My second visit to Expo 2010 in early September, I decided to book for a dinner show at the Spain Pavilion. By paying RMB$296/-, you could enjoy a Spanish “Tapas” by restarurateur (chef) Pedro Larumbr and a presentation of great artists from Spain. I also had a privilege of entering the Pabellion de Espana without queuing. This is one of the colourful images that I captured during the show.
