They are the actual fishermen fishing on stilts. They are not that colourful compared to the professional model of stilt fishermen. I captured this image from the window of our vehicle. From the vantage point, the gushing in surf is a decisive moment for this image.
He is not an acrobat but a worker collecting toddy from the tree. He would linger from one tree to another to collect the juice from the sap.

The surf from the Indian Ocean is really rough at the beach of Galle Face Green, Colombo. The open space next to the Indian Ocean is a favorite destination for children, vendors,beachgoers, lovers and kite flyers. At a vantage point, I am pleased to capture the children romping in the swirling surf.
