This is another colourful image from my recent visit to Lembang, West Java. Most probably you may think that I have a model to set up the image to my liking. On the contradictory, this lady is actually the owner of the fruit stall at the market place.
I just managed to capture the decisive moment while she was busy with her daily task. Obviously, proper make up and well dressed for the business is a good setting for such a colourful stall.
Wow! What a colourful display of a fruit stall! That was my first impression when we stop by.
After the success of my session at the INDONESIA PHOTOWEEK II – 2008, one of my best friends Pak Goenadi and his wife Ibu Diana decided to show me more of the Bandung area. Instead of going back to Jakarta by the highway, we made a loop of the journey via Lembang. This short trip of mine, gave me another refresh impression of Indonesia.
Through the goodwill gesture of PAF the organiser of the INDONESIA PHOTOWEEK II – 2008, Bandung; Pak Prasetyo and Pak Rudi of Garuda Indonesia; Pak Isman of the Museum of the Asian African Conference, Bandung; Aston Hotel; Pak Setiady Tanzil; Pak Rifan; Pak Solichin, Pak Edward; Pak Edu; Pak Huang Rivo; and many other friends whom have made my visit possible. To my best friends all the way from Jakarta to attend my session, I cherish your friendship.
