Shooting the vibrant colour of the sky with striking pattern of the cloud is prerequisite of an eye-catching image. To couple with perfect base for the frame certainly is equally important for an outstanding image. On 22 06 2023 at the Upper Peirce Reservoir, I had an opportunity for an image that I had in mind.
Golden hours of the day usually is the most suitable time of capturing a striking image. From the 14th floor of Tyrian Serviced Apartment on 28 05 2023 , I captured the vibrant reflection of the adjacent building in the middle of drizzle weather. The golden colour of twilight apparently gave a booster to the eye-catching reflection.
From the Flower Dome of the Gardens by the Bays on the 07 06 2023, I was attracted by a group of vibrant roses. For such a close up image of flora, I had to make sure from my vantage angle the group of flora is complimentary to each other. The brilliant lighting is also a key factor for the visual impact of the image.
