The Star Ferry traces its origins to 1880, It is a must do when visiting Hong Kong. On 09 12 2023, I managed to capture an image of the Day Star after the ferry had safely berthed at Wan Chai. As much as required, capturing the decisive moment is utterly important in practicing photography as an art.
My perception of colour and pattern is always intact when I came across a scene. For this close-up image that I captured at the Disney Hollywood Hotel, Hong Kong on 12 12 2023, of a nicely spray old Volks Wagen vehicle has no exception. I just love to see the pleasing colour and pattern on the display.
The lighted column of the Hong Kong Cultural Centre is striking from my vantage angle. To me, it is very pleasing light and shape study of an architectural subject. The setting formed a perfect subject for an eye-catching image. (09 12 23)
