One of my greatest satisfactions of rising early is to proceed to a reservoir for morning photography session. On 10 01 2023, after a one and half km morning walk finally reached an opening space of the Upper Peirce Reservoir. I was just in time for a morning glory of the day. The soft sun rise matching the amazing pattern of the clouds provided me with an opportunity of capturing a spectacular landscape image. It is a phenomenon that is difficult to come by.
On 16 01 2023 at Lower Seletar Reservoir, the weather condition was cloudy. Fortunately, the water of the reservoir was calm. A condition that is suitable to begin a dragon boat training session. From my vantage angle, the pattern of waves created by the boat was pleasing and attractive for an eye-catching image. The morning lighting softly touched the surface of the water and added a sparkle for the beautiful waves. An image that have to be captured at the decisive moment to achieve the maximum visual impact.
I love like to view the gigantic trees. I think partly due to the magnificent size. At the Upper Peirce Reservoir on 5th January 2023, the morning light was just perfect for me to capture the image I have in mind. After the post-process treatment. I managed to boost up the visual impact of the image further. The trees in the backdrop are essential to the composition of the image
