After spending a night with my family at Alpine Vista (a five star B&B managed by Pete & Jill Maxwell), at Lake Tekapo, New Zealand. I captured this image of gorgeous sky at the doorstep of this superb B&B detached house, even before we started our morning photographic outing at 6:00 am.
We all agreed that if you like to enjoy viewing the scenic Lake Tekapo area, an overnight stay here should be included in your itinerary.

When we arrived Lake Tekapo, we were greeted by thousands of Russell Lupins created a carpet of colour waving in the breeze from the lake. Have you ever wonder the flower is an aggressive weed that can be damaging to both native flora and fauna?

This lovely and colourful sight is one of the many attractions if you visit the Fiordland during the period of September to February. I particularly like that colour of water, which blended well with the flowers.
