My presentation in Jakarta is just over. I sincerely would like to thank all the participants who have turned up on Saturday. This is one of the images, which I didn’t include in my presentation. I actually love the monochromatic effect of this image that I captured during my visit to Belitung last August.
This is the third image that I would like to share with you before my presentation in Jakarta this coming weekend.
If you try to compare the landscape of Belitung with the “Moeraki Boulders In Spherical Form” in New Zealand, I would think the granites at Belitung are much more magnificent.
As a matter of facts, the location of this image is just slightly more toward the left of the “Clear Water And Sandy Beach”.
The slightly HDR of the image is adjusted intentionally to enhance the visual impact.
In contrast to my previous posting, this is another image that was taken in the same area. When aesthetic value is the primary concern, this is a very traditional pictorial approach of capturing an image. Could you imagine that I had to spend sometime cloning away the cables and wires in the sky area? Nowadays, we are all very fortunate to have the digital software readily available to do our cosmetic treatment whenever is required.
