One of the scenic spots that I like while we were cruising Milford Sound is none other than the Mitre Peak. Actually, I discovered this vantage point by the side of the water area only after we had completed the cruise. I think the road to Milford Sound and the cruise are really magnificent for photographers who like to do landscape photography.
After I have captured “Russell Lupins In Full Bloom”,
I noted the mountains nearby were also quite picturesque. Though the scenery is not as colourful as the other area, yet I like the strong lines and design of this particular landscape. The soft touch of low-lying cloud further enhanced the visual impact.
Lake Monowai was one of the scenic spots that we visited during our trip to New Zealand. Unfortunately, it was drizzling when we stopped by. Nevertheless, I was again attracted by the mood at the lakeside. I had to shelter myself with an umbrella in order to capture this image.
