If you are comparing this image with my previous posting, you will realize that the water from the lake could be very rough too. I captured both images almost at the same location. The end result of landscape image all depends on the weather, the season and the time factor.
One of the breathtaking locations on driving to Milford Sound,New Zealand, is to stop by the Mirror Lakes. The reflective views of Earl Mountains is clearly seen on a calm weather. This is even more attractive in the early morning.
The small lakes is 62km north from Te Anau. The lakes is easily accessible from the roadside.
Instead of seeing “Russell Lupins Bloom At Lake Tekapo”, I have captured the autumn scene of Lake Tekapo. The tree that I have seen in November 2007 has turned into golden yellow.
