To me, low light condition is one of the best times to capture good landscape image. My recent visit to Grand Canyon,USA, I stayed there until sunset.Tough,tiring after a long hours of outing for the day, the reward with satisfactory images was a good experience.
While surveying the location of Makapung in Negara, Bali, we came across this spot for sunset. We were just in time for a beautiful sunset with the traditional boats as silhouette in the foreground.
I think this is one of my sunset images that with a very rich local favor.
“ Tarian kecak obor” at Tanah Lot was an event specially arranged for our 2014 Nusantara Annual Meeting in Bali. The whole concept was to capture the performance at sunset. I personally prefer to shoot the image from a higher view point. To me, such an angle is more appropriate to demonstrate the location in relation to the traditional dance.
