When EL decided to insulate windows with bubblepack in his apartment, he may not expect I would be able to capture an colourful image through this material. From my bedroom in his apartment, I was inspired by the pattern of bubblepack and the lighted colourful building in the back drop. I decided to capture the image with an unusual impact.
A stone’s throw away from EL’s apartment in London, I found this cute fellow squeezing in between the grille and window panel. I wonder whether is a good place to keep warm in a cold morning. At first, it was the colourful fur that attracted me. Later, I realized two bright eyes staring at me. I decided to capture the natural posing, before I started my London tour.
I started the year of 2012 with a visit to UK (Glasgow & London). Glad to stay with EL & CY in their cosy rented apartment in London.
The brief visit gave me an opportunity of dropping by at Southbank,London. Though the weather was cold, bright afternoon sunlight was a rewarding factor. I was attracted by the act of the lady photographer at this location. I decided to utilise the advantage of a wide-angle lens to achieve the greater visual impact. The design and composition of this image is quite obvious.
