Sailing In Loch Tummel

Sailing In Loch Tummel 2008
My 2nd visit in UK this year, during September-October, is again another fruitful session. This image was captured at Queen’s View, Loch Tummel. My initial expectation is to have another image of the loch with autumn colour. Unfortunately, this third visit of mine at this location was too early for the falls colour. Instead, I ended up with another image with dramatic visual impact. In comparing with“Autumn At Queen’s View” captured almost at the same location, you will realise the big difference between the two images. Personally, I quite like the simplicity and the back lit condition of the scene. I also love the little touch of colour in contrast with the strong monochromatic setting.

The Coast Of Bali

The Coast Of Bali 2008
The coastal landscape in Bali is actually very photogenic. Location like Ulu Watu, Amed are all very unique. In August, after I completed the judging session of Garuda International Photo Contest in Bali, I stayed back for another outing in Bali. I revisited Tanah Lot in one of the evenings. As usual, I was expecting to shoot sunset. Instead, I found the coast of Tanah Lot is very attractive. I realise that the mood during the twilight hours at this location is even better than the sunset scene. This image was taken during this trip.

Fishing At Batu Hiu

“Buttermere Paradise” by Eng Loy unveils the result of our recent outing to UK. I will share with you my new image of UK at the end of this month.
Do watch out for it later!

For the moment, share with you one of my favourite images captured during the Nusantara Photo Club annual outing to West Java, recently.
Batu Hiu , Pangandaran, is very picturesque than I could expect. The thundering water from Indian Ocean is quite rough. No wonder the Surami that swept across this area two years ago was a serious natural disaster. But under normal condition, obviously the coast area is a good place for anglers.
