First thing in the morning, we were greeted by a beautiful scene from our hotel room in New Century Grand Hotel Huaian, China, . Though air pollution here is not as serious as in Beijing, at least a misty morning scene is very pleasing to view. Special thanks for the organizer, for putting us in this beautiful hotel in HuaiAn.
Early in the morning, the sky in Beijing is actually very clear and lovely. The smoke from the chimney obviously has polluted the air of Beijing. No wonder the air in Beijing is always very unhealthy. I captured this image from my hotel room at Chaoyang area.
The landscape of Beijing is changing fast. Modern highrise skyscrapers have replaced many of the old buildings. The CCTV Headquarters in Chaoyang area is one of the new icons of Beijing. I captured this image just at a stone throws from my hotel, Grand Millennium Beijing.
