A Sunday Outing
Walahar Dam was built in 1925. This is the beautiful structure of the bridge from my angle. It is surprise to note that even on Sunday, the traffic flow is so heavy that to cross the bridge will have to be very cautious.
Walahar Training
Walahar Dam is also an ideal ground for stamina training. As seen here, the youngster came here as a group under the guardian of their trainer, hopping up the steps from the lower end of the dam. I was told by one of trainee that they had to repeat up and down the steps for twenty times. Undoubtedly, this is a good practice to keep fit and healthy.
