After a hard day of work, it is time to get ready some of the ingredients for the next cooking session. Adding more woods to the stove to achieve the right temperature of the cooking obviously is essential. This is another image that I captured during my visit to the kitchen of “Sundanese” at Walahar Dam.
Walahar Dam is much more colourful than I could expect. The water from the dam is well lit in the afternoon. No wonder my friend arranged to have a “Sundanese” lunch followed by the outing in the afternoon.
One of delicious dish of “Sundanese” food is Pepes. Fish, chicken even fresh mushroom can be cooked in this way. I was told cooking by the traditional way the taste is very unique. So it is interesting for me to enter such a kitchen before enjoying the sumptuous food. The other image of similar subject is in my previous posting.
