In contrast to my previous posting, this is another image that was taken in the same area. When aesthetic value is the primary concern, this is a very traditional pictorial approach of capturing an image. Could you imagine that I had to spend sometime cloning away the cables and wires in the sky area? Nowadays, we are all very fortunate to have the digital software readily available to do our cosmetic treatment whenever is required.
As I will present “Painting With Light And Shadows – Beautiful Attractions In Indonesia” on the 15th March at the Focus (Photo Fair) Exhibition, Jakarta, I am sharing with you a preview of the coming presentation.
This image was taken at Pengalengan last year. The location is very picturesque even before sunrise.
I particularly like the misty mood of the early dawn. The warmer glow of the rising sun behind the mountain enhanced the image to a greater extent. “Twilight At Pengalengan” posted earlier was also captured around the same area.
This image was taken at Sunda Kelapa, Jakarta. Utilising the reflection from a pool of muddy water, I waited for the right moment to capture this image.
