Making a trip to Lake Bratan, Bali has never failed me. My recent visit turned up to be another fruitful outing. I love the gorgeous sky and the reflection in the water. The blooming flowers apparently added more colour to this beautiful landscape.
Ngaben is a cremation ceremony in Bali to send the deceased to the next life. As it is an unique ceremony in Bali, usually it is an attraction for the locals as well as tourists.
Interesting to note that the Indonesians are practicing a traditional Chinese treatment in a cubicle of Pasar Legi,Solo. The setting was so unique that attracted me to capture this image. You may have noted I used a very high ISO to shoot this image. Obviously the ambient light was rather weak.
