A visit to the Meninting river in Lombok looking at the sand mining area is an interesting attraction for me. I prefer a back lit condition for such a scene. The smoke emitted from a cooking store next to this area surely enhanced the image with good visual impact.
Tanjung Luar fish market, Lombok has not changed much since my visit six years ago. Besides the colourful fish market, I prefer to shoot at the kitchen where fishes are steamed. For such an image, it is essential to capture the right moment when the pots are unveiled.
Another image captured at the Bertais market, Lombok. Two visit to the same market within an interval of few days, surely this is a location of my favorite choice. As you can seen here, this place is full of activities of daily life. Again, the quality of morning light is essential to this image.
