I remember this image was captured in 2000 when I was covering “Beijing Today” for the China application for the 2008 Olympic. I had a privilege of entering the Forbidden City before the door was opened to the public. The only added here is the blue sky with Photoshop.
Looking up my collections of CD, I discover there are a number of images that have not yet upload to my web. I think they are processed with Photoshop around 2010. The composite images are all my works. Share with you the first one here. More to follow.
Similarly, this image captured in Bali years ago is post-processed with Lightroom to restore the details of the sky and the workers. The end result obviously achieves a greater visual impact for the image. Most importantly, to capture the decisive moment and proper composition still utterly essential for a good image.
