The sky at dawn created a number of highly reflected panels of a building attracted me to shoot an architectural image. Though the image is more of the monochromatic mood, the visual impact is equally great. I think pattern, aesthetic design and lighting are the essential elements of this image. This is an image that I captured during my morning stroll down the Victoria Bridge, Bath, UK, in March this year.
Wembley during the night especially during the full moon is equally attractive. Staying in a hotel near to the Wembley Stadium gave me an opportunity of exploring the area after the sun set. The lovely saturated blue during the twilight obviously is a most suitable backdrop for this landscape.
Muara Kuin Floating Market, Banjarmasin, Indonesia, is a good location for candid photography. I love this image that captured in 2011. The subdued colour of the image created a good contrast for the well lit expression of the child. Such a setting forces the viewer to focus on the most interesting area of the whole image. I think this is one way of capturing an image with a strong visual impact.
