The low tide condition of the beach of St. Ives, Cornwall, UK, is a good location of walking for the dog. I particularly love the lighting condition that highlighted the patch of water and created a lovely pattern. It is my image captured with the typical application of pictorial impact.
Along the coastal road of St Ives, Cornwall, UK the century old Carn Galver Mine obviously is an icon of the place. My visit this month was fortunate to have the spur of light on the site. Comparing my visit to this location seven years ago, the lighting created a dramatic impact when I captured the tower against the light.
St. Ives, Cornwall, UK in early March apparently is much lesser crowds due to cold weather. My second visit to the pier recently happened to be low tide of the day. Nevertheless, I was attracted by the colourful boat and the seagulls at the beach. I love the quietness of the late afternoon. Most importantly, I enjoyed the freshness of seafood with Eng Loy for our dinner.
