An eye-catching image depends on a good contrast of lighting. The colourful condition of the setting is equally important. For a candid image, the attention of the viewing image is to capture the decisive moment in split of a second to complete the story content.
Travelling along the street of Bagansiapi-api. Riau, Indonesia on a Beh Chia in an evening, my perspective was on the night scene pf the location. I decided to set a slow shutter speed on the camera and captured the image. The end result was better than I could expect. To me, it is interesting to view the place in a different way. (2018)
After receiving an award in Quanzhou, Fujian, China, on 24 11 2019, gave me an opportunity of visiting a traditional image over there. The colourful attires of the locals certainly attracted me to capture an image. The activity of the seniors perhaps is part of the local culture that is typical in enjoying their leisure.
