To ensure the good quality of sea salt obviously is the worker’s main concern. The primitive method of harvesting salt from the sea is still in practice after more than quarter of a century. This is an image that I have captured during my recent visit to Kusamba, Bali.

I think to ensure there is no spreading of H7N9, bird cage has to be thoroughly cleaned. This seems to be the extra precaution that the storekeeper needs to take. Otherwise, when a disaster occurred would be too late.
