Infrared View of Banten

Infrared View of Banten 2006
Banten, a province of Indonesia, located at the western end of Java Island.
At least one of the fellow photographers told me the potential of photography at this place is not that great. On the contradictory, my first visit in 2006 to this historical site was quite fruitful. This image was just one of my impressions of this interesting location captured in infra-red.

Low Light At Lakeside

Low Light At Lakeside 2007
Another image from my Lakeside collections that shows the quality of light is essential for a study of a scenic location. This time I captured the image in the late afternoon. I like the warnth colour of the low light that provided me with the dramatic impact for the whole picture.
“Tranquility Of Lakeside” is another image of my captured at the same lake district.

Reflections Of Glasgow Harbour

Reflections Of Glasgow Harbour 2007
The architectural design and structure of the new BBC Building in Glasgow set the repetitive pleasing composition for this image. The mirror image of the opposite side of the River Clyde from the highly reflective panels of the building formed a rather oustanding scene. The magic touch of the twilight further enhanced the visual impact of this picture. AS a matter of facts, the building was not even officially opened when I captured this image in last July. This is one of the images that I like from my Glasgow collections.
