The eye catching red of the tailor’s shirt was sufficiently strong to attract me to capture the image. To sew the sack and earn a living obviously is lively hood for this old man. I just love the vantage angle from where I captured the image. Most importantly, capturing the right moment is still the prerequisite requirement of a good image.
For the dwellers of the house in Banjarmasin, Indonesia, obviously completing their morning practice is a congesting session. Though water from the river is free, to make full use of the water at the same time is challenging. Cruising in a boat, to me was a colourful image not to be missed with the touch of outstanding local favour.
Tourist would never discourage by a wet weather. In order not to miss the lantern of Hoi An, Vietnam, the trip must go on even the weather is wet. For the mentality of photographer, would also never defer the outing. The end result of such decision is another colourful image that may be hardly to come by.
