Share with you another image captured at the Tulipmania Inspired 2017. Fiora is a common subject. To capture the image with good visual impact usually is not an easy task. I think your personal perception is important in photographing the flower. For this image, in contrast with my last posting, I utilise the soothing pastel shades treatment. Most importantly, the texture and fine details of the main flower have to be shown clearly in the final image.
Tulipmania is here again. Comparing to Keokenkof, Netherland, their 800 apecies on display in the garden, the Tulipmania in our Garden By The Bay is on a smaller scale. Nevertheless, the graciousness of the Tulips on display is an annual event not to be missed. For this image, technically, I decided to use the Leica Vario-Elmar-R 1:4/80-200 mm lens with 2X converter on my Sony Camera at f22. I like the strong effect of differential focusing.
Searching for a new angle especially for a creative approach is always a dream of a photographer. Base on this concept, I captured an image through a number of tinted glass at Suntec City. Hence, a result of an unusual landscape. To me, is another way of seeing a cityscape.
