Bukit Kapur Arosbaya is one of the natural attractions of Madura, East Java, Indonesia. The hill is located in the village of Berbeluk, District Arosbaya, Bangkalan, Madura. The hill sites are limestone quarry that become a tourist spot due to its unique landscape. A former miner sculpture is attracting tourists to explore every corner of this hill. This image was captured at the 2016 Annual Meeting cum outing of the Nusantara Photo Club in October.
Recently, I was greeted by this beautiful view of Shantou, China, first thing in the morning from my apartment. I love the view simply due to the architecture of the buildings are modern and well design. I think from this sight you would expect to see more of high rise building in this city. My impression of new town in Shantou definitely is a well developed town. Today, I am back in Shantou again for one week.
Shooting against the light usually is a challenge to me. This image is no exception. While our members of Nusantara Photo Club were busy shooting a setting of traditional dance of Madura, Indonesia, I was engrossed by the nature beauty of lighting shinning through the leaves. Though the result is not really colourful, the pleasing green to me is more attractive.
