Daily life of children in a village of North Vietnam can be simple. The children enjoy their food and I phone at the same time. That clearly shows the high tech has definitely invaded the village. To me, is an interesting image that I captured during my visit in May 2018.
I have been chasing the rising sun recently. With my long tele lens plus two times converter, I was able to capture a much bigger image of the sun. For this particular image, though the sun is partially hidden, I like the touch of colour from the cloud. A suitable foreground apparently added depth and interest for the image. This is another gorgeous image from the window of my bathroom.
On 04 01 2021 morning, the over cloudy weather didn’t deter me from visiting the Lower Seletar Reservoir. On the contraditary, I was attracted by the pattern of colourful dragon boats. The soft lighting just aptly provided a very serene touch for the whole image. I had fully make use of the old tree and the greenery to frame my image from the vantage angle. To me, it is one of the images that I like from my collections of the local landscape.
