Travelling in the center of town of Xiamen, China in November 2019, I was attracted by the contrast of development of the town. Decided to go to the site to capture this image. Obviously, fortunate to have the brilliant lighting condition. One thing for sure is that the development has paused for the moment. I think only the legal owner would know the reason behind the scene.
Shooting against the light to achieve the flare effect is one of the techniques that could be used effectively when the situation is suitable. As seen here, the against light condition created an unusual visual impact for the whole image. I love the end result that I captured during the safari trip that I enjoyed at the Ngongonoro Conservation Park, Tanzania, Africa in December last year.
Perhaps is a common sight for China, Four goes together in a scooter is a convenient way of travel. But I wonder whether they have ever taken the safety on the road into consideration. Definitely is an offence on the road of Singapore. An image that I captured during my recent visit to the old town of Shantou, China.
