If you like my previous posting, I think most probably you would love this image as well. I was greeted with such a scene first thing in the morning near my motel in a small town of Salida, Colorado, USA. I fancied such a scene simply because is rarely seen in our tropical region.
When we reached the scenic ride to the Continental Divide, Colorado, USA, we were just in time for the twilight glow. I think this is one of the colourful scenes that only occasionally appeared after the sun is set.
Nearer to the highest point (12183 ft) on road of Rocky Mountain, Colorado, USA, we experienced a traffic standstill. All vehicles were parked along the roadside for sake of capturing an image of a group of elk.
The directional lighting of the evening, though was soft, yet created a good contrast for this rare opportunity of capturing a nature image.
