The appreciation of lighting and colour was my perception in capturing this stunning image. To capture the fast changing of the phenomenon within a split of a second is my challenge of practicing pictorial photography. I simply love the simplicity of good lighting contrast and colour of this corner of the landscape.
On 23 09 2023 at the Upper Peirce Reservoir, the remarkable cloud pattern matched well with the warm colour of rising sun. The phenomenon appeared right above the sky of the Reservoir. It was another setting ideally for an eye-catching image.
The ever fast changing of the cloud formation in the sky is a endless striking feature in practicing landscape photography. Combining with the striking colour of the sky definitely is an interesting phenomenon to capture. With proper selection of silhouette foreground further enhanced the quality of an image.
