Attracted by the displace of spectacle stall at the flea market of Athens, Greece, I decided to capture myself using the mirror. Perhaps this is one way of having a self portrait when the selfie stick is not available. It is also my usual way of having a self portrait during my tour.
The old and new patches of the cement on the wall created very interesting texture and pattern for this image that I captured in George Town, Penang, Malaysia in October 2016. In addition, the colourful new door gave a very strong visual impact for the whole image. Perhaps this is a street scene that is only visible in an old town. For one moment, I thought this is another art creation of the famous art street of the George Town.
The cleanliness of the clear water of Avon River in Bath, UK, set the environment for such a lovely colourful reflection of a new building under construction. How clean and green of a location is highly shown in this reflection. The brilliant lighting condition added sparkle to the whole image. What a lovely morning to begin with during my morning stroll along the Avon River in Bath, UK.
