While my friend Pak Goenadi Haryanto was busy preparing his session at the Roadshow Buku Fotografi 64 at Bandung, I was attracted by the texture of the wall. At a closer distance, I discovered the light and shadow of the plant was rather interesting. This is the result that I have captured.
Other images that I captured associated with Bamboo are: “Rowing Towards The Light”, “A Fish In A Pond”, “Dawn At Bayongbon”, and “Bamboos”

Soaring With The Rhythm of Saxaphone
Not many photographers perceive and capture almost an identical image. “Golden Saxaphonist of Southbank” by Eng Loy is a rare exception. The only difference in this image is the seagull came in place at a split of seconds.
I am back in London again after a break of three months. I hope to return in May with more images to share with you. By then, do enjoy the new posting at this site at the interval of every two days.

Last One To Return To Amed

Last One To Return To Amed
Last trip to Amed,Bali in 2010, I was not able to capture another image of “Returning To Amed”. Most probably due to the unfavorable weather, the fishermen were not out to fishing that very morning. Nevertheless, I am quite pleased with this image from my vantage angle. Besides that, I had also captured “Morning Glory Of Amed” in the same morning.
My usual practice in photography is to return to the same location on different visit to search for new inspiration. This 3rd trip to Amed is no exception.
