Recently, my visit to Bristol, UK,gave me an opportunity of capturing more images of this beautiful place. Strolling along a street in the centre of the town, I came across this setting. I was not sure what was the creation for. But the setting inspired me to capture the image.
Desaturation process of the backdrop was applied here in order to boost up the contrast between the art deco and the surrounding area. I think the end result shown here gave the image a stronger visual impact than the original.

I started the year of 2012 with a visit to UK (Glasgow & London). Glad to stay with EL & CY in their cosy rented apartment in London.
The brief visit gave me an opportunity of dropping by at Southbank,London. Though the weather was cold, bright afternoon sunlight was a rewarding factor. I was attracted by the act of the lady photographer at this location. I decided to utilise the advantage of a wide-angle lens to achieve the greater visual impact. The design and composition of this image is quite obvious.

Afternoon Outing In Aspen
I was told that property price and hotel are very expensive in Aspen,Colorado, USA. I captured this image almost at 3:00 PM. I noted that the park at the city center is well maintained. The young couple surly was enjoying their outing in the park even in an early afternoon. I think the standard of living certainly is very high. I especially like the dog in the shade in contrast with the sunbathing couple.
