Form And Lines Of Moeraki Boulders

Share with you my similar image of Eng Loy’s “Moeraki Waves”. I do not remember which image was taken earlier during that evening. But definitely, there are some differences of white balance between the two.

Water is always my favourite subject in photography. From vantage viewpoint, I captured this image of the Chasm. Deliberately, I used the diagonal composition to enhance the force of the rapid flow. The solid rocks added texture and colour too.
From another angle, Eng Loy had also captured a colourful image of “Spectrum At Chasm”.

If you like Eng Loy’s “Parting Through The Clouds”, you may like this image of mine as well.
In my case, I have chosen a slightly wider viewpoint with the camera aiming more towards the water area. The richness of sky area aptly enhanced the reflection of the water. Soft lighting definitely played an important part for this image that created a strong mysterious mood.
